Currently Ott is doing his first project in the Philippines for Rockwell Land Corporation, which is one of the premier real estate development companies in the Philippines. Ott will be designing the Proscenuim Towers in Makati City.

The project consists of five residential towers, Circular Tower, Diagonal Tower, Elliptical Tower, Square Tower, and Iconic Tower. All towers are resting on a common podium. The first four towers each have an approximate number of floors equivalent to 50 stories tall. The fifth tower will be an iconic tower, the tallest of the group, with a height of 60 stories. The total construction floor area of the project is approximately 285,000 sqm. The project will be done in three phases. Phase 1 includes the first two 50-storey residential towers, including Square and Circular Towers. Phase 2 includes the next two 50-storey residential towers, and the last phase is the 60-storey iconic tower.

AIT Consulting, through Sy^2 + Associates, Inc., has been awarded a project to review the performance of the structural system and design of the Proscenium towers in terms of suitability of the structural system, with special emphasis on the effects due to wind, different levels of earthquake, and other applicable demands. The scope of work is divided into two stages, Schematic Design Review of all five towers and Performance-Based Evaluation of Square Tower and Circular Tower, including the podium
