Honored by the International Academy of Architecture for an ongoing professional career of a true visionary in contemporary architecture, Studio Daniel Libeskind, an internationally well recognized Architectural studio was founded by Daniel Libeskind and his wife Nina in 1989. Daniel Libeskind, an architect, artist, and set designer of Polish-Jewish descent is the studio’s principal design architect. Some of his globally recognized buildings include the Jewish Museum in Berlin, Germany, the extension to the Denver Art Museum in the United States, the Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin, the Imperial War Museum North in Greater Manchester, England and much more. His portfolio also includes several residential projects. Libeskind’s work has been exhibited in major museums and galleries around the world and in 2003, Libeskind won the competition to be the master plan architect for the reconstruction of the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan.

Studio Daniel Libeskind,is working on one of its residential projects in the Philippines for Century Properties Group, a renowned real estate company in the Philippines. Century Spire Tower is located in Century City, Manila, Philippines and has a total construction floor area of 68,000 sqm. The tower is 58 stories tall and has six basements. The Tower’s salient feature includes its irregular and interesting shape.

In June 2012, AIT Consulting, through Sy^2 + Associates, Inc., was selected to carry out the Performance-Based Evaluation for this project. The main objective of the project is to evaluate the structural performance of the building to determine whether the overall performance and reliability of the building under the effects of gravity and lateral loadings will satisfy public safety requirements.
