Picar Development, Inc. is developing Stratford Residences, a luxury residential building planned to be 70 stories high at a height of 312 meters. Upon completion, it is projected to be the tallest building in the Philippines, surpassing its neighboring development, The Gramercy Residences. The building will have a wavy curtain wall exterior finish and an extension cladding on the rooftop. As of 14th February 2011, AIT Consulting will conduct a seismic safety evaluation on the foundation to help ensure public safety.
The ground and 3rd floors will be for the lobby, retail areas and the building’s amenities; the 4th to 70th floor of the building will be for residential units, with the 67th and 68th floors being Penthouse suites, and eight basement levels will be used for parking.
